The 8 best players in 2023 will fight for the prestigious honor in the last tournament of the year.

On November 12th, the prestigious ATP Finals will begin in Turin. Here, the top 8 players of 2023 will compete to be the best of the best this season. Novak Djokovic enters the tournament with a victory in the Paris Masters and is undoubtedly the most successful player in 2023 and the favorite for the ATP Finals. Holger Rune and Alexander Zverev were the last to secure a spot in the tournament. Rune has had a tough half-year since the summer, but recent encouraging results and a strong showing in Paris secured him the 8th spot.

The 8 players in ATP- finals:
1. Djokovic
2. Alcaraz
3. Medvedev
4. Sinner
5. Rublev
6. Tsitsipas
7. Zverev
8. Rune

Novak Djokovic won last year's ATP Finals and, along with Roger Federer, is the player who has won the tournament the most times (6). Therefore, it's safe to say that he is a strong favorite for the tournament. When the groups are drawn, he cannot be placed in the same group as his main rival, Alcaraz. They can only meet in the knockout rounds because both are in pot 1 when the groups are drawn on November 9th.

Djokovic and Carlos Alcaraz are the top favorites, but keep an extra eye on Jannik Sinner, who has been strong in 2023. He recently defeated Medvedev in the final to win the ATP tournament in Vienna in October. This victory marked his fourth tournament win of the year, and he enters the tournament in good form.

Holger Rune could also be a player who surprises. He has Boris Becker as his coach and was recently the player who gave Djokovic the most trouble in the Paris tournament. He resembles the old Rune, and with his aggressive playing style, anything can happen.
