Image Description
Big surprise in the Australian Open as Arthur Cazaux advances to the next round.

World number 8, Danish player Holger Rune, is out of the Australian Open as he loses 3-1 in sets to the young Frenchman Arthur Cazaux. Cazaux played exceptionally well and deservedly won the match, with his serving especially standing out. Rune managed to break Cazaux only once in the match, and that was in the third set. Cazaux is playing with a wild card, but remember his name because with the performance he showed against Rune, we will likely see more of him in the future.

Rune 1-3 Cazaux:
1: 6-7 (4-7)
2: 4-6
3: 6-4
4: 3-6

Cazaux managed to break Holger Rune in the first game of both the second and fourth sets, and ultimately, the world number 122 could finish the match with another break, earning cheers from the loud French fans present in the arena.

Rune never found his rhythm, and he fought for every point. During the second set, he had to receive treatment, and frustrations were evident from the young Dane.
