What a season it has been for Lautaro Martinez

The 2022/23 season has been a roller coaster ride for Lautaro Martinez. He began the season by winning the biggest trophy of all, the World Cup, with Argentina in December. However, personally, he could have had a better tournament, as he played in 6 matches but failed to score any goals.

In the Champions League, however, Inter achieved what no one had expected – they reached the final but unfortunately lost to Manchester City despite putting up a strong performance.

Nevertheless, Inter and Lautaro were able to lift two trophies this year, the Italian Cup, and the Super Cup tournament.

Personally, Martinez has had a fantastic season for Inter, establishing himself as a top-class striker. At just 25 years old, he still has the potential to further develop his skills and abilities.
